We will update themes as long as the theme has updating configured and enabled utilizing the WordPress dashboard.  Themes are not part of the WP Labs program so they are not tested before implementation.  Most updates go smoothly but there may be some visual tweaks that need to be done after the update.  We recommend going through your website to identify any layout problems and open up an issue with us if you are on Total Support or White-Glove Support.

We run everything through WP Labs before we push out an update.  We aim to test these within 24 hours of their general release and start pushing them out as soon as they are white-listed.  Your plugin must be able to be auto-updated for this to happen.  Manual plugins require you to be on Total Support and request the update with the file included.

You can request as many jobs as you would like at any time.  Just be aware that we only work on one issue at a time and our estimated resolution time for items will not start until the previous item has been completed.

Absolutely!   We will support your website like we say we will.  If we feel that the relationship is being stressed we’ll reach out to you and discuss but we will always be proactive in this.  We’ve found that if we need to do this that it is just because the White Glove service would be a better fit for you to get the results you are looking for.
